Art.1 Het gebruik van de website staat de klant toe, binnen de beschikbaarheid van artikels en de beperkingen bepaald door de organisatie, een of meerdere artikelen te reserveren voor de aangeboden evenementen op de website en de in ontvangstname van deze.

Art.2 De website staat de klant toe een of meerdere plaatsen te reserveren tot op de datum die door de organisatie bepaald is, of tot de beschikbare hoeveelheid uitgeput is.

Art.3 Behalve bij uitdrukkelijk tegenstrijdige berichtgeving impliceert de reservatie van plaatsen de aanvaarding van deze algemene voorwaarden door de klant.

Art.4 De beheerder van de website stelt zich tot doel om alle mogelijke vormen van afzetting, bedrog en fraude te voorkomen, alsook elke discriminatie in verband met de toegang en het gebruik van de website te vermijden. Hiermee rekening houdend wijzen de organisatie en de beheerder elke verantwoordelijkheid af indien de klant de betaling niet voldoet, of de klant verkeerde gegevens overmaakt op het ogenblik van de reservatie van een of meerdere plaatsen.

Art.5 De klant is, in elk geval, verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de betaling en de gegevens hieraan verbonden.

Art.6 De prijs vermeld op de website bij de eindafrekening is inclusief alle heffingen en belastingen. De klant dient deze over te maken aan de organisatie via de mogelijkheden aangeboden tijdens het bestellingsproces, en dit ten laatste binnen de 7 (zeven) dagen volgend op de levering van de (het) plaatsbewij(s)(zen).

Art.7 Ten laatste binnen de 7 werkdagen na de ontvangst van de betaling zal de klant de plaatsbewijzen ontvangen via een link verstuurd via E-mail. De klant wordt geacht deze tickets uit te printen en te bewaren als een goede huisvader. Op verzoek dient hij deze voor te leggen op het evenement.

Art 8. Plaatsbewijzen worden in geen enkel geval terugbetaald.

Art.9 Door het reserveren van plaatsen via de website en de gegevens die de klant hierbij overmaakt aan de beheerder en de organisatie, kunnen deze gebruikt worden door de beheerder of de organisatie met als enige doel de klant op de hoogte te stellen van nieuwe evenementen. De klant kan op elk willekeurig moment op eenvoudig verzoek verzaken aan dit voordeel en/of zijn gegevens bekijken en indien gewenst verbeteren.

Art.10 Wanneer een van de Algemene voorwaarden nietig dan wel deels onuitvoerbaar zouden blijken, zullen de resterende Algemene voorwaarden hier niet worden door aangetast en behouden zijn hun volledige uitwerking minus de betwiste clausules in zoverre dit mogelijk is.

Art.11 Eventuele klachten dienen binnen de 3 (drie) dagen, welke op het bezoek aan de website volgen, aangetekend gericht te worden aan het adres van de organisatie vermeld in Art. 13 en dienen over voldoende motivatie te beschikken.

Art.12 In het geval van een betwisting is enkel de Rechtbank van Koophandel te Antwerpen bevoegd, met een procedure in de Nederlandse taal en is enkel het Belgisch recht van toepassing.

Art. 14 Elk e-ticket heeft een unieke bar- of QR- code, en geeft toegang voor slechts één persoon per evenement. Enkel de persoon die als eerste zijn biljet gebruikt wordt tot het evenement toegelaten. De aankoper is verantwoordelijk voor het gebruik van het e- ticket. Koop nooit een ticket van een onbekende, u hebt geen enkele geldigheidsgarantie.

Art. 15 Een geldig identiteitsbewijs van de aankoper moet bij navraag en controle steeds voorgelegd kunnen worden. Dit e-ticket is enkel geldig voor de zaal, het evenement, de datum en het uur, vernoemd op het ticket.

Art. 16 Fiël BV wijst elke verantwoordelijkheid af, bij verlies, diefstal of bij een eventueel misbruik van dit biljet.

Art.1 The use of the website allows the customer, within the availability of articles and the restrictions determined by the organization, to reserve one or more articles for the offered events on the website and the receipt of these.

Art.2 The website allows the customer to reserve one or more places until the date determined by the organization or until the available quantity is exhausted.

Art.3 Except in the case of expressly contradictory notices, the reservation of places implies the acceptance of these general terms and conditions by the customer.

Art.4 The administrator of the website aims to prevent all possible forms of impeachment, deception and fraud, as well as to avoid any discrimination in connection with the access and use of the website. Taking this into account, the organization and the administrator decline any responsibility if the customer does not make the payment, or if the customer provides incorrect data at the time of booking one or more places.

Art.5 The customer is, in any case, responsible for the execution of the payment and the data associated with it.

Art.6 The price stated on the website in the final settlement includes all duties and taxes. The customer must transfer this to the organization via the options offered during the order process, and this at the latest within 7 (seven) days following the delivery of the ticket(s)(s).

Art.7 At the latest within 7 working days after receipt of payment, the customer will receive the tickets via a link sent by e-mail. The customer is expected to print these tickets and keep them with due care. On request, he must present these at the event.

Art 8. Tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Art.9 By reserving places via the website and the data that the customer hereby transfers to the administrator and the organization, these can be used by the administrator or the organization for the sole purpose of informing the customer setting new events. The customer may at any time on simple request waive this benefit and/or view and, if desired, improve his data.

Art.10 If one of the General Terms and Conditions should prove to be invalid or partially unenforceable, the remaining General Terms and Conditions will not be affected by this and will retain their full effect minus the disputed clauses insofar as this is possible.

Art.11 Any complaints must be sent by registered mail to the address of the organization stated in Art. within 3 (three) days following the visit to the website. 13 and must have sufficient motivation.

Art.1 L'utilisation du site internet permet au client, dans la limite de la disponibilité des articles et des restrictions déterminées par l'organisation, de réserver un ou plusieurs articles pour les événements proposés sur le site internet et la réception de ceux-ci.

Art.2 Le site internet permet au client de réserver une ou plusieurs places jusqu'à la date déterminée par l'organisation ou jusqu'à épuisement de la quantité disponible.

Art.3 Sauf avis expressément contradictoire, la réservation de places implique l'acceptation des présentes conditions générales par le client.

Art. 4 L'administrateur du site web a pour objectif de prévenir toutes les formes possibles d'usurpation, de tromperie et de fraude, ainsi que d'éviter toute discrimination en relation avec l'accès et l'utilisation du site web. Dans cette optique, l'organisation et l'administrateur déclinent toute responsabilité si le client n'effectue pas le paiement, ou si le client fournit des données incorrectes au moment de la réservation d'une ou plusieurs places.

Art.5 Le client est, dans tous les cas, responsable de l'exécution du paiement et des données qui y sont associées.

Art.6 Le prix indiqué sur le site web dans le règlement final comprend tous les droits et taxes. Le client doit le reverser à l'organisme via les options proposées lors du processus de commande, et ce au plus tard dans les 7 (sept) jours suivant la livraison du (des) billet(s).

Art.7 Au plus tard dans les 7 jours ouvrables suivant la réception du paiement, le client recevra les billets via un lien envoyé par e-mail. Le client est tenu d'imprimer ces billets et de les conserver avec soin. Sur demande, il doit les présenter lors de l'événement.

Art 8. Les billets ne seront en aucun cas remboursés.

**En réservant des places via le site web et les données que le client transmet par la présente à l'administrateur et à l'organisation, celles-ci peuvent être utilisées par l'administrateur ou l'organisation dans le seul but d'informer le client de la mise en place de nouveaux événements. Le client peut à tout moment, sur simple demande, renoncer à cette prestation et/ou consulter et, le cas échéant, améliorer ses données.

**Si l'une des conditions générales s'avérait nulle ou partiellement inapplicable, les autres conditions générales n'en seraient pas affectées et conserveraient leur plein effet, à l'exception des clauses litigieuses, dans la mesure du possible.

Art.11 Toute réclamation doit être envoyée par courrier recommandé à l'adresse de l'organisation mentionnée à l'Art. dans les 3 (trois) jours suivant la visite du site web. 13 et doivent être suffisamment motivées.

Art.12 En cas de litige, seul le Tribunal de Commerce de Antwerpen est compétent, avec une procédure en langue néerlandaise et seul le droit belge est applicable.

Art. 14 Chaque billet électronique possède un code-barres ou QR unique et ne permet l'accès qu'à une seule personne par événement. Seule la personne qui utilise son billet en premier sera sera admise à l'événement. L'acheteur est responsable de l'utilisation de son billet électronique. N'achetez jamais un billet à un inconnu, vous n'avez aucune garantie de validité.

Art. 15 Une preuve valide de l'identité de l'acheteur doit toujours être présentée lors de la demande et du contrôle. Ce billet électronique est uniquement valable pour le lieu, l'événement, la date et l'heure indiqués sur le billet.

Art. 16 Fiël BV décline toute responsabilité en cas de perte, de vol ou d'une éventuelle mauvaise utilisation de ce billet.
